Disagree. Season tickets are a significant revenue stream, and there are plenty of supporters who are prepared to pay more for the best seats.
(Not me, obviously).

| Atmosphere has been terrible ever since we moved to the stoop
doesnt help that STH have had to change seats every year so dont get to know where to go if they wanna stand shout and drink beer or be surrounded by families more concerned with feeding the kids than watching the game.
Anyone find a Griffins jacket btw?

Seem to recall you losing a Quins jacket in 2006 and some honest chap returned it to you...

| Interesting to note that we win a game, the first one in ages, so people have to go and look elsewhere for a negative.
Unbelievable. Really.

I don't think that:
a/ The OP was looking for a negative as such.....just pointing out that there seemed to be a lack of atmosphere.
b/ You would have to look hard for a negative if you really wanted one

I agree, we do and we like our seats.
Atmosphere was fine until you could sit anywhere, now we're too spread out and it sounds like a voice in the wilderness....

| Absolutely. If the Club does designate a L&L area then at least those that like to support in that way will know where to congregate so are all together, (and those that would prefer a quieter seat will know where to avoid !)

OP probably questioning an atmosphere that should(considering this seasons results) be buzzing when beating a half decent Leeds side, a time when you would see an atmosphere as a given.

| Things were going well on the pitch for the first time in ages, so it's interesting to note that the atmosphere even had to be questioned.
I'm just waiting for Barry McKenzie in whatever one of his guises he'll use, will add to the OP’s comment?
I'm sure with a few more wins next season, people will get back into it.

| Rocket science.
A season of poor home performances and what remaining fans we do have spread as thinly as possible.
There is more atmosphere on the moon.

| I thought the atmosphere was terrible with only one stand open, and it's certainly no worse with both sides open. It's soul destroying watching the game against a backdrop of empty stands. It was like Skolars without the running track. We need to get more people in to improve the atmosphere, not squeeze the existing support into one stand and close the rest of the ground.

| I think a lot of folks didn't actually believe we could win it until about 90 seconds from the end !!

simpsons/017.jpg Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.:simpsons/017.jpg |

| Think jbuzza is right.
Bit of noise from us and those around us, but we went quiet in the second half through fear of things going titz up.
