Welcome to The Stoop - The Field of Dreams.......Where Broncos supporters dreams are realised and away supporters dreams are shattered !!!!!
2012 - The Year of The Broncos: |
|
| Quote: jbuzza "Harlequins coach Brian McDermott"I know people will look at the score and see we lost to Salford and be negative about it but we cannot afford that..
"It was not a case of us throwing it away. Salford just got hold of the game with their kicking play and we just could not get away from our line in the second half.
"We did not make some smart decisions and that cost us, but the players will learn from that." [/i
The question is will BMcD learn from it. He seems as clueless now as he admitted he was last season. I wish he would resign.'"
He didn't exactly say he was resigning then ???????

1649_1338292262.jpg I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

| I just wish Brian Mac would be a gentleman and face reality, rather than having his head in the sand with after match comments, it is time he did the right thing and rather than have to get sacked, resign, but who would replace him?
More important when will virtually every ex RL stop thinking they can be a coach?
From Top to bottom Our Club seems in a mess, David Hughes is not just the one person to blame, no one could ask more with the money he keeps putting into keeping the club going, but no way can he have a bottomless pocket!

| Unallocated seating means fans are able to sit where they like including away support and it is traditional to change ends and support your team. Pity the Quins support didn't show as much passion (before anybody has a go I mean all those who sit in silence).

Out of curiosity at which ground do fans traditionally change ends?

I think you will find that it is prevented from happening now due to various elf and safety rules !!!!!

| Their language wasn't the best, but standing up, cheering and chanting? Isn't that what being an away fan is about? Fair play to them, they've suffered the same way we have. They went from chanting "Will we ever win again? to "We're going to win the league" within 25 minutes. At least someone was happy at the end.

| Depends which ground and access to standing areas which at the moment in SL is Wakefield, Castleford, Salford, Bradford. Go to any of the old grounds and you will traditionally observe RL supporters changing ends or a least moving down the sides to the end their team is attacking. In unallocated seating there is nothing wrong with fans moving and at the Stoop this is now possible but I refer to my original comment the anger should be directed at the coach and team and not the stewards.

| i agree with the wakey fan! salford have a non existent away following. they only average 2-3000 at the willows and even when they play us, we are their closest neighbours and they still only bring around 1000
