From next week, our "London Rugby League" programmes will be podcast, so you'll be able to download them, listen on the move (and keep them forever...!).
So if you miss the programmes, they'll be on the BBC's iplayer and available as a download - for 7 days.

I'm trying to encourage more response from amateur clubs in London and the south too, so if you know of any people involved with clubs who may want their club to be part of it then please copy this message to them.
