What is it that people on here expect. Regardless of what spin we were given at the forum, we can't afford top quality players whilst we are running on a low income and we are no way near the cap....not by a long shot. Wilkes is another example of a middle of the road player who has decided to come to London...of that there is no doubt, but until we are running on a much higher level of income, then we can't afford these marquee players that some crave so much.

This is the 21st Century you silly little man. Without IL and without Harlequins agreeing to the tie up, there would be no London RL in the top flight. I am not chuffed wearing the quins colours, but that stems from me spending 2 seasons playing against them for London Irish......but I bite the bullet and pay my way for the love of Rugby League.

1. Club didn't refuse to employ me. I wasn't successful in my application, but was approached by the RFL before that HTH. May suprise you to know I have been knocked back before for jobs and managed to cope quite well thank you.
2. My Incredible marketing ideas? Never said they would work and always made it clear that all I really wanted to see was some form of marketing taking place.
