The big difference with teams can be the speed of he PTB, quick PTB will result in the defensive line struggling to get the 10 and its so difficult for players to resist getting involved or trying to slow the PTB that comes down to technique and being able to dominate the tackle to earn that extra time.
Classic sign of a team trying to slow the game down, I don't mind giving away a couple of penalties that way to test the ref but it's worrying if it continues through the game.
Again it's down to being able to boss the tackle.
