Are all the clubs costs coming out of gates reciepts,ie administrative costs, stadium hire,training ground hire and medical costs etc?.

I think your in a very good position if they are.

Admin costs, together with Marketing and match day costs in 2012 came to a tad over £1,000,000, whilst ticketing, season tickets and commercial (which I take as the shop bars and sponsors) came to £550,000....this accounts for 20% of the losses made that year.

I doubt that TK is taking any risk in 2014 and have heard that we are paying a fee for all the services you mention as well as giving up all the revenue streams.

Ramshackle springs to mind, but personally I think it has a lot of charm.

The last time I went there the toilets overflowed.
