biggunbrad....do you think an assistant manager at the Halifax in Halifax earns the same as an assistant manager of a branch in Ealing? I can assure you that the person doing the same job in the south gets between 10 and 15% more in London weighting....it's what happens across the board.
I suppose for chaps like you it's hard to fathom given the dole is an exception to the rule
