I know of a candidate who has a RL background, knows the London RL scene and SW London and has management experience and controls a big budget, a good media player with the right connections. He may be looking for a new job soon -

Bring back Nic Cartwright. Did a solid job during the transition from Broncs to Quins. He loved the club brought much needed energy and drive and went the extra mile.

Was one of our best, but I don't think there is much chance of Nick coming back.

Failing that I would bring Mark Evans in a part time capacity to start up some initiatives and get this ball rolling again, but continue to look for the right person and transition him/her into the job!!!
