| After missing most of last season, I'm quietly optimistic for the forth coming season. I have secured my season ticket (a bargin at £99) and have also encouraged staff from my new work who live in the area to check out the Broncos.

| Quote: Dave Lister "Oh dear. Typical internets, no counter point to a valid one? Pick up on a spelling mistake to try and score points. I would expect it off other posters, but I expected more of you to be honest. I apologise in advance for any future mistakes, I am restricted to using the mobile version of rlfans these days so errors are bound to appear. Naturally, these will cause me much embarrassment.'"
My brain has a built-in spell-checker. Blame it on my primary school if you like. And so has my PC.
I've no idea what restrictions the mobile version imposes on you, but I thought the spelling issue was a valid point to raise against you given that you appear to expect 100% attention to detail from the club, under-resourced as it no doubt is.

| Quote: Paddock Punter "My only concern on the ST pricing is that it is costing the club money and we are not exactly flush! Many people I spoke to a Wembley on Saturday were going from the expensive to £99 as they had no need of a parking space or if a couple only having one expensive as they didn't need 2 parking tickets. They weren't bothered about the bar so why pay 70 odd quid more. However many 70 odd quids the club loses is surely too many. Also while not a huge source of income I dont expect there to be many player sponsors next year after what happened at the end of the season.'"
Its a fair point PP but I remain hopeful that there will also be plenty who will still opt for the Super Bronco £175 ticket. There is only 1 person in our group who would probably make use of the parking but we have all gone for the £175 to maximise flexibility on match day for our use of the bar and the guests we hope to bring along. For once ST holders and guests can sit together in the stand and also enjoy the best of the facilities. We have also taken the view that at £175 it is still great VFM and we are happy to pay this to the club. I fully appreciate that other peoples views and circumstances may be very different but hopefully the £99 ST will prove to be a great draw and the additional takers will counter the shortfall you describe.

If there were enough punters could we have it called the Nag's Head for our games ? Now we're back to being Broncos!

So a spelling mistake is on par with a getting a whole strately wrong? Have a word with yourself.

Fair does to the Massive (remember it ain't the players bar though). I would be happy to pay full whack if I knew that this gave me a seat (happy being unallocated) in the premium viewing seats. As I can do that for £99 then why bother.

Didn't say that did I? More akin to pots and kettles.
BTW, what's a strately? No need to answer.
Sounds like it ought to be a village in Yorkshire.

Your post clearly insinuates it. I eagerly look forward to you implenting your Gestapo-esqe policy towards spelling on these forums on other posters. Otherwise I will have to have you up before the moderators for posting messages designed to cause distress.

Just so we're absolutely clear, the only way I'll be getting involved here is by deleting posts that are trivial and going off topic. Take the hint, both of you....

| I'm finally going to get my first season ticket for Broncos. I'm a lifelong (30 years) RL fan but grew up in Surrey and Sussex so not the easiest to get in and see them. I moved to Ruislip earlier this year so I'm going to be trying to go as much as I can, rather than the once or twice a season I've been able to previously.
I'm hoping not to get flamed for this - my dad's from Wigan so having grown up watching and hearing about them that's where my loyalties lie, but it's a bit of a trek to get there and back every other week (I've tried it, it's painful). I still want to support and enjoy the sport so I'm definitely happy to get the season ticket at long last and be able to make it to games.
And yes I'll be getting a Broncos shirt to wear to games.

Good on you mate

| Ditto for me, I have been a casual fan for the past few season attending every couple of months, but the value of the season ticket this year has persuaded me and a mate to sign up. £99 cannot be beaten really.
Well done London Broncos!
