Where is this money for marquee signings coming from?

Is it coming from the same pot as the money for rebranding/'rebirth'?

Also, where has this money been for the last four seasons, where the strength and depth in the squad has slowly be whittled away?

Today's Yorkshire Post reports that after last weeks loss to Warrington, the Hull KR owner stormed into the changing room and lambasted the team telling them they had to win the next four games. Result then???

I strongly believe that David Hughes has woken up and realised that losing x per season of his own money on a third rate outfit is a waste of time and money and that without further investment from himself to create a competitive team then applying for a Superleague franchise next time out is pointless. Gus Mackay himself referred to 'marquee signings' for next season so further investment has obviously been found from somewhere.

Rupe, you are seriously deluded if you believe 2012 as Broncos will be some sort of glorious rebirth. We will still be at The Stoop, still fielding a team with no strength in depth, and still with a rookie coach.

As for the game, the second half was back to the p*** poor showing before the "glory" of last weekend. No urgency, no apparent passion, no speed, no nothing really. The first half showed a good bit of promise, but we managed to implode with the try right on half time, and the other straight after the interval. As soon as HKR scored that second half opener it was game over really. I wonder if the scoreboard is equipped to show triple digit numbers bearing in mind the next four home games...
