Is the problem not that he is too old to play Valvoline Cup except as one of the 3 overage [layers (over-21), and not being considered good enough to play for the first team regularly it's being seen as better for the club to pay an under-21/-18 with a view to bringing them on?

I've updated the [url=http://viewtopic.php?f=27&t=91771&p=7369888#p7369888Squad List[/url.
Changed the format a bit because the club is in such flux at the moment.
Also included rumours, as at least some always turn out to be accurate.
Stick any amendments in that thread, not this one.
Edit: Life is too short to mess around finding out where Jones, James, Esders, Kaye etc. have all disappeared to, but if you do know then stick a note in and I will update.

There is no restriction on how many youngsters you have outside the 25 and most of those whose contract status is unknown are eligible for the Valvoline under 20s. |

Esders was definitely playing for York towards the end of 2010, Kaye was definitely playing for Featherstone, and James was with Barrow. |
