| Oh, bloody great!
I'd just managed to get somebody to cover my stand-by for all day Saturday and the missus was looking forward to a day in South Wales beforehand. Now I've got to see if somebody can cover the stand-by and take half a day off work to get there for six at the latest
Who-TF plays a game at 1800hr's on a Friday, hardly a good time for Crusaders fas from Wrexham etc or for Quins fans either. 1930hr's would have been slightly better. I thought it may have been something to do with the lighting but it can't be that as it would have been played at 1930hr's on the Saturday anyway. As this was Crusaders decision and agreed by the RFL, one, if not both of them should be giving a full explanation, not just a trite sorry

| That is absolutely diabolical.
It was bad enough that they chose not to turn-up for the pre-season friendly, then there was the change from Good Friday to Thursday night (and despite it raining for 3 days in Neath, they kindly waited until we had travelled 200 miles before cancelling the damn thing).
We also had Sky moving our home fixture from Sat to Sunday night and now this?
Can you imagine any other club getting away with this? London fans shafted as usual.
If Crusaders ever ask if we want to play a friendly, please tell them to shove it up their jacksy.

| Glad you've noticed, Windy
Seriously, as Listy says, this is a disgrace and our club should not have gone along with it.

| Third time in two seasons fans have been shafted after spending money on travel and hotels. When will the club learn you cannot treat fans like this and expect to keep them. I have watched my last game this season and it is still July. Next weeks move means we can't go as planned due to both of us working friday. If we don't work we don't get paid. They also moved the game the last time we were due to Crusaders. Won't make the away game the following week due to commitments that day and then the Warrington move means yet another missed game as still on holiday.
When if ever will they learn fans don't get paid to travel and get into games like players and staff do, they get to games under their own steam and expense.

Don't be silly, that would inconvenience them, why do that when they can inconvenience everybody else

| So they’ve only just realised there’s a cricket match next door and didn’t bother to check when they originally scheduled the game several weeks ago? What a load of old cobblers.
Fortunately I’d already decided not to go to this game for a variety of reasons. It’s in the middle of a run of away games and I can’t afford to travel to all of them. I’ve been to Neath once already this season for the Scorpions v Skolars match in March and I’d rather have an extra trip to West Yorkshire than South Wales. Crusaders left it late to make any arrangements re. date & venue meaning I’d already missed out on the cheapest train fares before the fixture was originally scheduled. Finally, and sadly with justification, I didn’t trust them not to make further alterations given their previous form in this respect.
Had I decided to go to this game I would already have booked train tickets to South Wales for the Saturday, coming back Sunday, and paid a deposit on the hotel in Cardiff I normally use – total cost around fifty quid, which would have been completely wasted. Not as bad as those who got stung at Catalans last year, but enough to make you bloody angry. Those who have spent money and will either miss the game or have to spend more to be there on a different day have my utmost sympathy. Sorry if I sound vindictive, but I hope Crusaders get the three figure crowd they deserve and lose money on the fixture now.
