To be honest not really, or the Monie days, as we were in season on both of those and you kinda got a light at the end of the tunnel feeling, whereas now ?

I don't know what to think, at times out there yesterday it looked like they were playing against each other not against Cass. To make it worse 2 Australian guys who had never been before were sat behind me and splitting their sides at some of our so called moves.

I hope BM, or a new coach, will say that he expects us to win the comp in 2010.

Makes me wonder exactly what McDermott would see as a personal failure

He doesn't know what is going wrong but its not his fault. Maybe there should be campaign to refuse to buy season tickets until he goes.

That is either very tongue in cheek or it shows an alarming lack of understanding of man management....................players in a [iteam[/i do not or should not need carrots dangling in front of them.
You also have to wonder how the squad have reacted to Brians pre and post match meanderings.

How can you come out with saying your aim is to win the league, and then to say if we don't get to the play off's i won't see it as a personal failure..

In all honesty, I produce sales reports and sales targets and if I had said I would bring in £1,400,000 of new revenue, but instead brought in £300,000 I would be shown the door (if I hadn't run out of it already).
