Please...it's bad enough when I have to do this to the northern hoardes
The average gates at London Broncos for the 2 seasons 2000-2001 was 3,335
The Avergae gate at London RL (AKA Broncos) for the 4 seasons 2002-2005 was 3,704
The average gate at Harlequins RL for the seasons 2006-2010 was 3,686
RU HQ happens to be in Twickenham.....it doesn't make it a Union Heartland. I would hazzard a guess that Bristol and the West Country is where the true RU Heartland is, but it isn't TW2 that's for sure.
People have to stop blaming the landlords and their stupid jersey for the clubs rubbish attendances......

| Haven't seen any substance to this rumour beyond some very hopeful speculation on the VT.
Regardless, it could be just what we need....

I would be astounded that a global company like Red Bull would want to be involved with us

Wow, didn't know that. There's a hockey team called Richmond Griffins and an Aussies rules team called London Gryphons! How about Thames Griffins? (I know it won't happen, but I much prefer it to Broncos).

Red Bull tend to take full or part ownership of sporting organisations to insert their name in the team title as this cuts down the cost of giving six or seven figure sums to another company every year for that right.
We like many other sports teams operate at a loss, are you suggesting the rumour that a sports drinks company will be not only be on our shirts from 2012, but also that they will be taking up a minority share of the club. I had heard Rockstar Energy drink (from an industry rep, but not from that beverage company) were looking to move away solely from extreme sports and to take a small step into the larger world of mainstream sport and widen their stockists and marketshare within the UK. I doubt that they would go anywhere near the £500k investment that Gus Mackay touted and the name London Rockstars would probably not be on the table unless there was a significant investment.
Red Bull do have an impressive portfolio and we seem willing to offer alot for a relatively small figure per year, and we have enough City's, United's, Blues and Reds in football to have a Bull and a Red Bull in the Super League. If we have got into a meeting with the people at Red Bull we can put Virgin and Fosters as major sponsors of the last ten years, trump them and sell the value for money versus exposure angle that rugby league players (who imo do more aerobic work than footballers, not even taking into account the physical side) holding a can of Red Bull and saying this is the reason why we went from the bottom three to play-off contenders.

600 miles away from Twickenham is a long long way! Aberdeen is around 500 and Zurich is just over around 620?? LOL
