| I would not be totally against Langley stepping up, continuity and all that but, the lack of experience would be a worry. When you look around our squad I think we lack "Older heads". Would a young inexperienced coach help as well.
I also wonder how the players are feeling about this, esp the ones that have resigned recently (I am sure Hendo would have played a big part in that)

| He wasn’t just head coach he was the driving force behind the renaissance of the Club. He was also a superb PR man. We can find a coach but no one who can be the talisman for London Rugby League

| Clearly, if comments by some of the players are to be believed, it came out of the blue. Most probably felt he had taken the club as far as he could and, what is going to be a difficult season ahead, the loss of Bartau & Judas may have contributed to his decision.
We need to bring in an experienced coach and quickly but given our track record, I wont be holding my breath.

Well it looks like someone at Broncos has been quickly on the phone judging by Sammut's Twitter handbrake effort today...

| Andrew Henderson insists he is committed to London Broncos regrowth

| Shame it's not on the club web site announcing this though.
TBH am not that surprised he has gone up there, be interesting to know what deal he was offered with regards to the position. Jamie Langley quids on to step up!!!!
Wonder if he is going to try and take some of the players up there, it's not unusual if he did.

Opportunities come along for us all during our lives and as we only get one run at this, it's unfair to have a pop at someone for jumping at what is essentially, a promotion with the chance of furthering their career.
He was committed at the time that me insisted he was......he didn't lie, just the circumstances changing means he is off to face a new challenge.
Good luck to the fella I say and thanks for bringing some sanity and calm to what was becoming a laughing stock of a club after the MacKay, Powell and Grima appointments!

| You would think that Steve Price wanted an assistant with experience of the British game. Warrington would have seen just the other week first hand, how Hendos team play and were obviously impressed.
I am surprised that Lee Briers remains at the club, I thought they may have wanted a fresh start. We shall see if he lasts.
For Hendo the chance of getting the top job in a couple of years must have been an attraction. It may come sooner if Prices wife gets homesick and drags him home to Aus early.
Anyway I cannot blame him for taking this opportunity, he has earned it.

Never mind that, sunshine. If the rumours surrounding DH prove to be true it might be your time to shine
