Surely we should be aiming for a West London Train station. People from Waterloo are going all over the Capital.

All trains that leave Waterloo go through West London. You could very easily target the following towns/areas that are reachable to the Stoop.
All zone 1,2 and 3.
Basingstoke,Hook,Weybridge,Wandswoth,Putney,Barnes,Mortlake,Richmond,Hounslow,Isleworth,Feltham,Brentford,Whitton,Ascot,Bracknell,Staines,Ashford,Egham, ETC ETC ETC. Population of just those 3 train lines must be Millions.

Exactly right, Waterloo is so busy.
Most people wouldn't be interested, but a few will be, and all the leaflet needs on it is instructions "The Twickenham Stoop can be reached from Twickenham Rail Station, Trains that leave Waterloo for Twickenham depart from platforms 16-19 on matchdays", or get Southwestern involved and they could plug their timetable on the leaflet or something.
Are you going to do a calculation of how many walk up fans we get on the day this week?
The Windy Calculation: Saturdays Actual Attendance - 3635 = Walk up fans on the day
would be interesting to find that out

| I've just got back home from todays "Down Under Day" which promised " an afternoon of awesome entertainment and great footie - including Harlequins RL v St Helens (KO 3pm)"
What did any antipodeans get for taking the time for attending... A local lads RL team doing the Haka, a race between Buck and Dusty (one representing UK, the other representing the southern hemisphere), a few AC/DC tracks played on the P.A, and a hog roast and Jumbuck pie stall which was placed in the corner between the Lexus and North stands away from everybody. No signs pointing you towards them whatsoever. I said to the lass serving they could have put you in a better location and she said it had been really disappointing sale-wise
I don't see the traders rushing back, and I can't see any antipodeans rushing back either given the so called effort put in today

Yes, it was a bit strange, wasn't it.
Mind you the crowd numbers were higher than usually.
Would your put that down to the number of visiting St Helens supporters, or the number of Antipodeans attracted to the 'event'?

| Antipodean Day was a total non event. Basically it was embarrassing.
As for the post about the armed forces, I have a feeling that either the Salford or Cas home match is to be branded a "Service Persons Day".
