Black Backgrounds/Zoot.gif Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently.

| Well, at least we won 16 games, can't remember off-hand when that last happened (think it was sometime in the nineties), in fact I think that we may be heading in the right direction on the playing side with Hendo in charge. Oh, and don't bother with the garden Bostick - it'll just grow back again.

| Deeply, deeply disappointing!
Minimum requirement for me was to make the 8's - didn't think that would be out of the question for a full time pro squad. A few decent performances, and one standout ( Sheffield at Blackpool) but with the move to the park in Ealing to look 'forward' to, 2015 will go down as a real disappointment. Glad it's over TBH.

| Promised much, delivered little.
Some games I really enjoyed, and some dead rubbers watched by one-man-and-his-dog at the end of the season.
Hendo seems a reasonable coach, a decent straight talking bloke, and is obviously doing a lot more at the club than just the head coaching job.
Also some small signs that the club might finally be starting to get it's act together, but we'll see if that continues.
The less said about Ealing the better.

| David Hughes said at the start of the season we'd assembled a squad good enough to get back into Super League and many believed him....same way they believed him when he said the name change was a good idea, as was the move to the Hive and there are some who believe the planning consent at Ealing is a 'shoe in".
I am starting to think that he might not know what he's doing??????
Bring on 2016.......relegation dog fights are what we need to brig the fans back!

| Its fair to say we didn't have to much luck with the coach going, players walking out, injuries to senior players.....
Hughes has said we have the best squad(or similar) in the league for next year. I listened to a Rammo interview only last week.
He obviously wasn't aware of the Leigh signings from the Reds!
Is Hendo a good coach? Next year will tell us. Its his squad his pre season his tactics... He is enthusiastic, bought into London rugby, but untested

| Sad the season started and ended with a wimper, at Widnes we always looked like a gambler chasing his losses with ever more improbable plays. The team (or maybe the whole set-up) was in disarray at the beginning of the season.
Enjoyed the competition this year I think Bradford were the only team we did not beat at some point. To be a London coach you need to face a lot of hard truthes about the club head on, but keep chasing the dream that London OUGHT to be the biggest club in rugby league. Hendo seems to have got it.
The move to Ealing indicates the decline is continuing though, can't see us remaining fully professional for too many years longer. The club has found Branson, Lenagan and Hughes to give it a crack so maybe there are more out there, and I think the three of them are all still in their 60s so not out of the frame for a retirement project! Branson net worth now $5 billion.
So still enjoying watching some RL, being a stubborn sort they will probably have to fold to stop me coming.

| Like a lot of people - a disappointment. It started with a car crash and finished with a damp squib. Give Hendo a full season and let us see what he can do. At times it was a bit like De JaVu all over again as a big Yorkshire pack would bully our team of triers and they would run out of steam well before the end.
The tackling technique needs to improve, learn the lesson of dual reg and get someone who can read a game and direct the team round the park. These are basics that have undone this team time and again.
On the plus side Morris is a gem who we will do well to hang onto. Hopefully we will have more luck with injuries and the club will finally realise that the fans are its biggest asset.
I hope that the game at the Olympic Stadium will wake up some in London as to what the game can be in the capital and that a group of business with nous will take the club over with a long term plan to build a real club. Nil Desperandum.

| Well I didn't get to a single game for the first time in nearly 20 years. Only one I saw was on Sky at Blackpool v. Sheffield. Enjoyed that but it flattered to deceive.
What else to say? After the disastrous early weeks, things sort of stabilised but that's about it.
To sum up, a big disappointment.
However, next year is next year. I've bought a season ticket at the geriatrics special rate and hope to get to a few games when the weather is warm.

| I would not bother with either of those. Branson was only involved to promote Richard Branson, remember it was under his watch that we sold thousands of tickets for the Challenge cup final, but failed to garner any contact details from it.
Lenegan, whilst he had a bit of an idea about marketing the club, he soon cleared off when Wigan became available, left David Hughes in the lurch.
Now if you are going to pluck names out of the SKY, ( No pun intended ) I would go for James or Lachlan Murdoch.
We however have to get on with it, with David Hughes.

Who knows, maybe the Trailfinders people will like 13 a side and want to buy in? Not sure what other hope we've got?

OTOH, don't fancy buying the club only to be subjected to a hail of abuse from you know who.
