"I've been really impressed since coming here, it's a very professional club and I've enjoyed my time here so far," commented Robertson.
"We may not be meeting peoples' expectations right now but I really believe that we can kick on for the rest of the season and that will put us in good stead going forward."
Judging by his comments they must have got him to sign while he was clealy concussed.......nice to hear to that we are going to `kick-on` from yet another 40 point stuffing. Anyway.....good (and surprised) that he has signed......mind you he is no doubt receiving a good wedge at a club with the very minumum of expectations from any of their players and coaching staff.

Surprised and very pleased that Robbo has signed. He is a quality player and I think we would have a big problem finding anyone near as good. If only the new coach can find a few more signings to plug the areas that are killing us who knows for 2013. On paper this is a good team that just needs sorting out.

Good news about Robertson, I did not expect it! Scott is he loses a little weight and keeps his bulk then
he may be useful to the team, two year contracts, so we are expecting to get a further Super League licence.

Like a lot of Aussies he wants to see the world before he retires. Said this when he signed for us. London is the best base for doing that. Remember him saying he went to Wales one week already. He will probably go 'on tour' during the close season rather than return to OZ.
The guy is a quality player who will get us tries if we get him a good Centre like Lyons etc. He is wasted ATM but lets hope next season things change.  |
