Oldham have managed 2 wins all season and average a 21 point loss per game and score only 15. We have a positive +/- thanks to not travelling to France and I see us sticking 50+ on them this weekend and combining that with Batley hosting Widnes and Bradford and Halifax at it too, this could be a season defining weekend.

In previous seasons I have gone Stalybridge to watch the Oldham to the Matches.
As a result of the way the club have behaved towards myself and my family, I am not putting myself out for them
It is a 500 mile round trip, so no little effort on our behalf to attend. I have made other plans.

I listened on Oldham Community Radio which was very one eyed and basic but from what I could tell Oldham out enthused and out tackled London especially in the first half. As they weren’t very good we eventually got over the line. The commentator didn’t focus on London players or even acknowledge them really “ the London lad” so it was difficult to tell if anyone played well. He did though refer a number of times to “the playmaker Meadows” and then nothing particularly good would happen so I presume he didn’t shine.

that win, plus losses for Newcastle and Widnes, and sheffield not playing, pretty much puts us in a good position for 6th and the playoff's now. Have to cross fingers that we get some of the players back so we can have a shot at least on the first game (which I think would be away at Halifax probably), would be nice if we could somhow make the semi-finals but then we run into Tolouse all in probability
