| Don't think there are automatic point deductions any more, but administration would place them into 'special measures' if they weren't already there.
This will mean the RFL scrutinising the books and generally not allowing any new contracts. Shame this has been triggered a little late for some ex-Broncos. We already have 30 signed for next season so can't see them fitting back in here very easily.

| Whilst I don't think it is automatic - think it depends on how the club exits administration - a deduction of up to six points is likely. That is assuming the club survives.

| Given they no longer own the ground, i think the RL bought it? They have very few assets so may not be that attractive?

| Quote: "Do not forget Joe Keyes. Oscar Thomas and Omari Caro. all ex London and at Bradford too.'" Forgot about them. Caro of no interest, Thomas/Keyes - we have our half backs and Oscar didnt leave a good taste when he left. Both he and Keyes had potential, but not sure we need them

Easily forgotten about. Only rated Foster and wished he had stayed. Their squad outside the 17 is pretty weak, I cant see many players better than what we have .... anyway hope they get sorted and dont need a fire sale.

| If they can come up with a plan, properly financed and which stands up to scrutiny, then let them stay in the league, knock off a few points and let them get on with it.
If not, then let them go under and perhaps a fan owned club can start up in Championship One. In a more practical stadium, in a sustainable manner. Probably part time.
For any club to go into administration every couple of years cannot be allowed. It is not good for the sport.
Bradford are not alone with their troubles, Sheffield are hanging on and Featherstone too appear to have HMRC on their backs. The game in Cumbria is in a mess. something needs to be sorted out. What do the RFL do all day?
Rugby League is a great game, I fear for its future.

It was ever thus - my "old" home twon club went from boom to bust, after something like 2+ years of 10,000 + crowds, had to sell (when there were buyers) all their best players Crooks, Schofield et al.
Apart from Leeds, Wigan, Saints, Warrington everyone else is on a hand to mouth basis.

Harsh on Keyes, and with Barthau's injury problems well documented .....

I may have been wrong, I see elsewhere a deduction of up.to 12 points is being discussed.

| Go find the RFL Insolvency policy.
Sanctions include revocation of RFL membership or
12 points or
6 points if new owner pays off all the debts.
There are also a number of other conditions surrounding these deductions but struggled to work out exactly what they all meant.

| Were the RFL to use the ultimate sanction and force the New Bradford Bulls to play in Championship One. Who would they promote, to replace them.
My guess is that it would be Toronto, in fact, I could see the RFL seizing this opportunity to do so.
Barrow surely should do so by rights, not to give it to them would be wrong. This is the RFL however.
