| As an FYI, he is coaching Parramatta's reserve grade side for 2016.

| Good luck to him.
I for one think that as a club we are better off with Hendo than we were with Joey.

Henderson seems to have bought into the club and Mr Grima seemed to want to place his template on our club, which is a unique club in both a good and bad way. Henderson took the time to learn about the club and merge his ideas learnt from the Championship. Grima was arrogant to think he could Australia his way through the Championship and not learn what the teams down here do.

| Agree Joe was a nice guy, but Henderson has worked hard so far and as others have said has bought into the London culture and is doing well.

| Absolutely, Hendo has relocated his family to London, he is very approachable and as you say, bought into the whole London culture.
His championship background means he knows from the inside what is required.
Joey I doubt had any idea of what championship rugby was all about, got some of his mates in and soon found out how hard it really is down in the second tier.
Hendo, very much dropped in it last year, now has his chance to prove how good he is. It is now mostly his team and hopefully he will not be called on to play.
He can just run the team and we as a club will progress.

| The benchmark is set so low that if Broncos win their opening couple of gimme fixtures people on here will be doing cartwheels.

| Not wrong though am I.
Similarly if Broncos fall flat on their faces it will be deemed a blip & all will come right in the end.

| Maybe the approach is to take a totally neutral view to anything that happens, dont get excited when its going well, dont look at how things could be improved when it goes wrong! Dont live in hope that things will get better when things are going wrong.
Why bother being a supporter at all!
Ah maybe because thats what you do as a supporter, maybe thats what you do in life when things are going wrong, look at when its going to get better.
Or sorry is that being an apologist

| London NEED to win those opening games, and if at all possible convincingly. Make up for the move to the new home ground.

| We should expect to win the first two games. We are a fulltime club playing the two newly promoted teams.
Now the third game,Leigh away is a different kettle of fish. That will be a real test.

The only way to make up for the move to the new "ground" is to up sticks (again) & move to an actual ground.

Maybe 'make up for ' is the wrong phrase, but suffice to say the only thing that would make the odd visit to the woefully inadequate facility in Ealing will be Broncos spanking all comers! Which could then lead to the million pound game- win that and we'll be upping sticks again as you say. To somewhere with at least the minimum requirements of a SL ground.
