Just tried to buy my new top for the game, sold out M, so tried XL got told they'd sold out whilst I was completing the transaction, the XXL same again, then S, then youths, all sold out as I was waiting......Blimey I thought, we're popular. So I thought I'd buy last seasons away kit, they're in stock and I've only EVER seen about five people wearing it.

Guess what? They ALL SOLD OUT whislt I was waiting. So I have given up, clearly the club simply hasn't ordered enough, or has a shee-ite on-line service which doesn't update itself, either way once again, proof positive that those at the club don't give two 'effs about us! So I WON'T bother on Saturday as they can't be bothered with ME!!!!!!!!!

I was and now it's my birthday and it's still shee-ite, clearly they didn't go from "In Stock" to "Out of Stock" for every item, every size, evn last years in a matter of 3 minutes, so obviously the system isn't working and needs fixing.

Being London RL can just be so unbelievably excrutiatingly demoralizing at times! We can't do anything right!!!!

Mate, just had a look myself and they seem to be in stock now, maybe it was a glitch.

Yeah, it SAYS they are in Stock, but when you go to complete the transaction it says they have run out since you BEGAN the TRANSACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try it

So last night, after trying on-line again and confirming it wasn't me being a Luddite but indeed something wrong with the on-line process, I remembered the old-fashioned way.....telesales, enlarging the bottom of the page eventually made the phone number decypherable. I rang but was told by a very polite young lady that the person I needed wasn't at her desk but would be back shortly and she'd get her to ring me back.

I gave it an hour before my impatience got the better of me, this time I spoke to a polite young man, he couldn't help and the person who could had gone home.

Good luck against the 'Fax' forwards guys, I'm off to Derby for the weekend, I would follow the game only we don't have anything like an internet broadcast to follow the game, but then given they can't be d to sell us fans any merchandise why should I expect other things, eh?

The owner is part of the problem why we are mid table. He funds us and without question we probably would not exist without him but we are in the position we are in because he wont ask for help or take the advice of people with more knowledge regarding coaching, staff and players. It would seem his heart rules his head and that could be where the problem lies, he is an extremely intelligent and a very personable, likeable guy who has been very successful in his professional life and very blinked in his broncos life.

Yes, the fact that you've had problems buying a top is absolute concrete evidence that the club doesn't care about it's fans (then again, it could be personal...they're not letting you have a shirt as you didn't attend games for 8 years because of our involvement with a big, nasty RU club!).

Tell you what, you can have one of my 20 or so shirts with the pastel quarters.

Err that would be six seasons and I already have two of the quartered shirts thank you very much and believe it or not I even have a Quins RL shirt to boot (the missus bought it not realising my feelings on the subject, lmao). To be fair, at least Quins were prepared to sell us a shirt, lol!
