| Brian Noble sent upstairs by the doctor after a very short time in the hotseat at the Reds would be a crucial appointment for London.
Tony Rea has been unable to recruit the quality of Players required to compete in this division. Added to that the coaching of the team is way below an acceptable level.
Tony and Joe Grimma have a role to play at the Broncos, but I would prefer to see them working under a proven, highly experienced and successful Rugby Coach.
Wether Noble becomes "Director of Football" at Salford or not He has been sacked as Head Coach and will probably be considering His oprions.
Noble given the right offer, might consider the challenge and given his connections could quickly attract the type of players needed to boslster our struggling squad.
He could also help put in place the structures needed for current and future youth player development.

| BN is a coach from a bygone era....Times have changed and we need a young current NRL Aussie no 2 to come in...Grima may be the one who steps up for now but this club needs a whole new mind set and we need to cast our net far n' wide.

| We are an English club, playing an English game.
Give me an English coach from a bygone era with little terrier scrum halfs and ugly prop forwards happy to stay onfield and tackle all day.
We have gone down the route of flying in second rate players from down under, as we are unable to exploit the player pool here. There are better players in this country, but we cannot get them to move down here.
Rugby Union remains an untapped source of players there are good Rugby footballers from all the home nations and many, many more Union clubs than league clubs.
We have tried all things Australian and it simply does not work for London.
Give me an English coach and British/ European team every day of the week and if the club is heading for the champlonship that is the way it will need to be anyway.

| It would be a good appointment for Broncos but you have to wonder what would be in it for Noble?
A move south on the basis of less than one year in SL remaining. And then what? No chance of Broncos bouncing back with major investment.

| He was offered to the Broncos free of charge by the RFL to support Rob Powell. The offer was turned down as was the offer of Royce Simmons.

It seems that under Tony Rea, he will be happy to take us down, IF Brian Noble is a coach from a bygone era, what is Rea a dinosaur? I presume Tony is just happy to pick up his monthly pay cheque.

| And if Noble did come in as coach, how much effect would he have? No disrespect to him but this side does not have the quality to stay up.

We're not all Southern Softies: |
|
| I personally would not want Brian Noble as our head coach.
When Tony Rea decides to let Joe Grima take the reins, which I hope will be sooner rather than later, I'm sure we will see a difference in the way the team perform.

22268_1354053306.jpg Long live the Fulham-London Crusaders-Broncos Harley-Quids Broncos (again) RLFC!:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_22268.jpg |

| We STILL have no experienced half back and are STILL short of 2, 3 even 4 Big Ugly Props!
Jesus H'effin Christ could come and coach and it isn't going to stop whats happening on the pitch!

I wish Rea would hand over to Grima but i don't think he will as that would be an admission of failure. DH should recognise that Rea can't cut it now and move him upstairs if he does't want to sack him but we know he won't don't we.

| I'd think it was on the cards for TR to move back upstairs and Joe Grima take over, no information just gut feel.

Maybe if the Dr and his wife split up she will invest in Noble and London to get one over on the Doc!!?
