| Apologies if this has already been discussed, but has the club announced details of where the game v Warrington will be played next summer? The game in August was shamefully my first trip to the Stoop, and despite the scoreline we had a brilliant day out, right up there with my favourite away days. Looking forwards to more of the same next year!

| No news yet re the OTR fixtures (will be lucky to hear anything until about May).
The bad news is that it's likely to be at Gillingham, Leyton or even Oxford
Mind you, could be worse...anyone remember the OTR game against Wire at Newport? (think it was Newport...all those Welsh villages look the same to me)
Spose I shouldn't be giving Gus any ideas.....

| I think we should be preparing for the Championship and suggest taking a game to Richmond Athletic Ground.

| We had our best attendances at The Valley, SW London is a bastion of Union, and we all saw what happened when we tried to piggy-back on Quins id!
Personally I've always thought Public Transport to be a major failing, we need to be as close to the Tube or a "convenient" NR Station as is possible.

Very selective use of data to make your point there. In SL1, you are correct we had our best average attendance (5699) at the Valley, the next best was at The Stoop in SL2 (5125). Both locations have seen much worse averages since. Do you think that makes for bad locations or is the club doing something wrong ?

I can recall 'OTR' games in Wales (twice), Edinburgh and even Perpignan, so Oxford would be a doddle, I would prefer no OTR games but Oxford has some attractions and we would be helping a new RL community. The club need to be honest as regards their long term ground intentions, if they have got that far in their thinking, or are they hoping for something to turn up?

selective at best...season 1 yes, seasons 5 and 6 no....Brentford was better on average.

SW London is no more a bastion of Union than Wembley is a soccer stronghold......It's where they happen to have a national Union stadium.
Quote: CrusaderPete "and we all saw what happened when we tried to piggy-back on Quins id!'"
Yeah....we averaged just over 3,500 as Quins RL.....the only home we did better at was Brentford....west London...3 miles ftom Twickenham stadium!

Harlequins RU have gone from 3k to 14k gates in 8 years.........they know what they are doing...the management and owner of the Broncos don't!
Judging by the total beer mat concepts you've posted above, I reckon you're Gus......where's my fiver

| Posters in Train stations, flowers on roundabouts is the answer.
They are in the 20 point business model
