"The London Broncos board met this week to discuss the team's current performances. On Sunday they were knocked out of the Challenge Cup and currently lie 13th in the Super League with just two wins.

David Hughes (Chairman), Gerry Bouman (Director) and Chief Executive Gus Mackay met on Tuesday to discuss the team's performance as part of a mid season review. The Board are also well aware of the frustrations shown by the club's season ticket holders and loyal fans after receiving several emails this week regarding the unacceptable performances by the team.

The Board's recommendation is to undertake a full review of the playing department. The areas under review are the current squad, coaching, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning (which includes the fitness levels of the squad), nutrition and football administration. This review will be led by the Chairman, David Hughes and supported by the Chief Executive, Gus Mackay.

The Board are as frustrated as the fans that, after signing new players in the close season who are highly experienced and come fully recommended, performances have not matched expectations.

With 13 games remaining, this intervention is required to ensure that we can finish the season with some positive results and lay the foundation for the 2013 season both on and off the field."

Unfortunately it is estimated that the review will take approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Let's hope for some big decisions!

I wouldn't be averse to clearing out some of the dead wood now and bringing in new recruits, even at thi stage of the season.

The obvious choice would be a new coach, first & foremost however.

You can read what you want. If the structures are not there at this level you willl be opened up.

The performance at Hudds had to many flaws to repair.

Another comprehensive beating I fear, sadly

Complacent smoke screen. You don't need a management review to see that the group of players we have are performing massively below what they should be. If I were spending £1million of my own money on that garbage, I wouldn't be holding any long winded reviews!
By the way, see you at Gillingham!

Somehow, despite this announcement, I still expect a thumping by Hull and another dire showing against Widnes.

In a debate about why the CC final isnt in HD.
Northerners can't afford HD, what's the point?[/quote:1jjuuzre]
Im a Northerner and Ive got HD. We could also probably buy 3 to 4 houses for what you would pay for 1, doesnt that tell you something.[/quote:1jjuuzre]
No one wants to live near you?[/quote:1jjuuzre] -------------------------------------------------------
I did enjoy asking Bill Arthur at half time as he was walking past a long string of cables which one I could pull out so I could f**k their weekend up as well.[/quote:1jjuuzre]:15431.jpg

We'll see how this goes on Sunday, if the players look more fired up, I'll be fine for another week.

at last! A sign from above! If their review decides that Rob Powell is the man to take us forward then I'll commit hari kari in the middle of the pitch at Eastlands live on Sky.

Im sure DH knows RP will not be here next season but as Iv'e mentioned on here previously even if you can get someone of quality who wants to come mid season the Border Agency makes it such a slow process that we are at the season end before they would get here. icon_evil.gif

I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg

At the very least acknowledgement of the frustration with the situation of Our Club. It is not so easy to just bring in a first team coach, if it was Saints would not have a junior team coach running their first team he is completely out of his depth! so lets see what happens on Sunday and get behind the team!

THE ONLY WAY TO GET SMARTER IS BY PLAYING A SMARTER OPPONENT How you expect to run with the wolves come night when you spend all day sparring with the puppies?:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_34025.png

This is an unprecedented attack against the players, and unfortunately the wording of the fourth paragraph lays it at those senior imports rather than the coaching staff. Whether the towel has already been thrown in by the players is a relevant question, but the wording here would lead me to believe that the Towel has already been thrown out and that a replacement has already been spoken to.
