Has anyone received their season tickets or T shirts yet

It is so typical of the club to have got itself into such a mess over season tickets.
We collected ours just before Christmas, so they must have been sitting at the club since then, with no action. Now it is a panic to get them out before the first game.
Fans are obviously concerned that they will not arrive, or they will be out when they are delivered. They come in a box which will not fit through a standard letter box. Why do it that way? Simply send out the season tickets only in the post. Then people collect the T shirt etc at the game.
I understand that there have been complaints via social media. The club have responded in an arrogant manner. Will they ever get the message that fans are customers and should be treated as such. The clubs focus should be on increasing the fans base, not peeing it off.
I hope that the club get their act together and everyone receives their season tickets in time and we kick off the season with a win.

Why is it a mess. As long as you get it before next Sunday does it matter. Even if you don't they will have a list and let you in. Its not a United game at Old Trafford for gods sake. There will be 500 people arriving over a 90 minute period before the game!.

It matters not to me as I have my tickets.
I do think you have too much faith in the club to deliver.
This is a situation that could easily have been avoided.

What exactly is the situation?

The issue is that we are less than one week away from first game of season, and so far have not recieved the tickets. Hence the concern

Has anyone spoken to the club and confirmed tickets are in hand? As long as they are with you before sat next week it’s all that matters really

From the clubs Facebook page "Season Tickets will be delivered from the club by courier on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week before our first Home game against @BarrowRaiders on Sunday Feb 4th. They are being delivered by One World Express. #WeAreLondon"

A lot of people are unhappy about this as they will be out at work and apparently the packages are too big to go through the letterbox.

Some have queried this with the club and have not been enamored by the response they've received.

I'd say that it's hard to tell when it's off or in season with regards to the club and its communications (sic). The issue of ST's is endemic of how the club and its owner see the fans.......we bring very little to them (maybe 10k at the gate) when compared to the income we receive from our benevolent benefactor and therefore are treated as an afterthought. Sir Dave is probably still peeved about all the Broncos jerseys he'd paid to have produced that were left unsold and which were eventually given to charity.
Back to the ST issue in hand.....rather than waste more of Saint Dave's hard earned on couriers, why not have a gazebo at the entrance where you can walk up and collect your tickets on match day? As you say, we're looking at 500 tops in attendance and I'd be stunned if we had more than 200 ST Holders.

I bought two season tickets online a few weeks back. They only asked for one name, which was odd, but they definitely charged me for two tickets. One arrived today, with no sign of the other. Will call them in the morning to ask.

I had something not totally dis-similar last season. To be fair, the club sorted it very promptly. Hopefully it'll be the same for you.
