Said we should have gone for him when he was linked with us in the summer, Bradford stumped up the money to Fev, and I guess game time in SL will have Bradford a better player when his loan finishes, assuming he hasn't got on the wrong side of Mick Potter.
Briggs at 6 will see us with a watered down version of Scott Hill, only much younger. Hopefully we can go back to the style of play of those few years.
Briggs and Gale reunited and at least we will be entertaining when we lose.

I'm gonna take a positive spin on this and say that we did look for a stand-off in the summer but weren't prepared to stump up the cash, the same issue as the Tangi Ropati deal in 2010, all agreed bar the five figure transfer fee, something David Hughes will not sanction, and there are few in the rugby league world that will. Good that the club still cares about 2011, hopefully the players will play a little smarter than they did against Bradford and Hull FC.
One month with the option of extension, hopefully that option will be exercised by us.

He's not been the best defender, but tbf to the lad he's hardly had a lot of game time to get himself up to SL speed. Hopefully he'll go well for you guys and comes back to us a better player.
