| Be interested to see what people thought about today's performance ! For me it was pretty poor, especially the second half, thought we were trying hard to lose it. Too many dropped balls, panic passing, poor last tackle option. Positive stuff Lewis B getting on the score board, that's really about it for me, maybe a bit harsh but hey it's just my view.

| Lewis B and a couple of good hits from KPP in the 2nd half. Nice to see the Academy players stepping up.
Too casual in the first half, ball dropped 2 or 3 times with the try line beckoning. Game should have been over at 40 mins. Unfortunately the Broncos players thought it was,in the 2nd half Swinton were faster, smarter and wanted it more than we did.
It's two points but not how I would have wanted them.
Can only be better next week v Oldham.

| The game just felt flat today, even the break away intercept by API seemed laboured. Most enthusiastic bloke at the game was Stuart littler in the Swinton dug out, didn't shut up.

| There is no way we should have shipped 28 points to Swinton, and in fact, the Lions 'won' the second half 22-16. That will need addressing.

| Agree game should have been won by half-time, we were very good in attack. Poor second half, Swindon attacked Garside/Pearce-Paul, every time and found gaps.
In the end a win's a win, Lewis is really coming on as a prop, which is great. Spoke to Eddie Battye before game and he says back, probably week after summer bash, which is equally good news.
If Kear isn't fit then give Channing a run out against Oldham and maybe give Dixon another chance, as we were awfully exposed on that wing.
It's was disappointing in the end, but also lots of good, we could have Ben 30-0 up at the 20min mark

| 10 mins in that was a 70-0 game, then Barthau fumbled the gimmee and one other bombed another chance and we seemed to go into our shell.
A win is a win, now on to Oldham. Not sure I agree with Channing, he needs a few runs at Skolars first, or Dixon, he will not plug any defensive hole. You forget Purtell (maybe thats a good thing !!!).
If Hendo is selecting on performance, Sammut in for Barthau only change for me.

| I think that would be very hard on Barthau who has been outstanding last couple of games and made some fantastic early plays. Though Sammir on bench to sub for Cunningham if foster leaves?

Got the impression from Hendo that Foster is here to stay until at least Ackers is fit.

| Still think we are lacking a leader on the park, someone to give direction and guide the boys round the park. The bombed chances did seem to hit the confidence, think it was initially looking like a stroll in the park, then what was it 3 chances bombed.
When we went down to 12 men it was a worry, but we coped with that pretty well. Justified yellow though, was funny Swinton bench were screaming at the officials saying it should have been a penalty try! Give em there due they were shouting for everything for 80 mins.

| Having watched the video on Facebook Garside and Pearce-Paul were pretty awful and woefully out of position for the Swindon tries. Dixon couldn't be worse!

| Just in case anyone is interested, when we were "winning" the first half the penalty count was 7-2 when we were Losing the second half the count was 4-8. Goes to show win the ruck you earn the penalties.

FWIW I thought Sunday's red was pretty good.

To be fair to KPP he made one try saving ( and ultimately match saving) tackle late on. He's young, he'll improve with a decent centre inside him.
