Magnificent, really stepped up tonight, looks like a very exciting prospect.

But of course according to most on here its more important to have a try-scorer in the side as we only scored 40 points tonight so he will be dropped when you know who recovers from his injury.

Sensational kicking game, gave the team direction all night, stood up in defence when called upon and gave it his all. 10/10

Top game Gayley. All his kicks hit the deck which is something we've struggled with this year(other than kicking through the dead ball)

He showed up fairly strong in the Warrington game and has been doing well for the reserves. It it nice to have options.

I still stand by the fact Dorn is a very good player who makes a significant and valuable contribution to the team.

I completely agree. Cooke does that Hull KR no favours at all.

We need someone with a good kicking game. Every succesfull team has one and Ive been banging on about this for months. Orr's is woefull. A good kicker can win you games and tonight Gale was the choice kicker and showed us what he can do. A huge influence. Hope he keeps it up

Hum I don't think Mc plays it like that, i wan't there firmly ensconsed in Kingston working but if he was a good as you say then I think he will be in (he was my tip this year). Not to say Dorn is crap, also think he could do a job a .

You've got to be on the wind up there. His defence is questionable at the best of times, hence him defending so wide so often.

Always seen Dorn as pretty week in the defensive line, technique is poor for such a pro and always goes high, so tends to be 50/50 upper body strength not that good compaired to some

heh no seriously, I think without the responsablity of trying to 'play' he would be a decent , would be able to go wide pass the ball out break between the last two three defenders .... IMO tbh i don't think he is that bad at SO and hated Hill

I think if you looked into the stats you would find that statement is b0llocks - take Celtic last week I think we got 2 tries from Orr kicks.

Was impressed with Luke Gale last night

Gale brilliant, but Orr and Dorn also good, stop knocking our own players......

Gale had a good game, but he had Danny Orr along side him for the whole game. When he's been asked to play in the halves at points this season without Orr he's struggled. People need to realise that Orr is our key halfback, without him the side lacks direction.

I agree in part but the game where Purdo went to 6/7 we had direction.

Purdham is our Rooney, yup he is a fantastic SO and brilliant at (some of his play in that position towards the end of last year was amazing) but ultimately he is a second rower, who would argue he is not the best LF in the competition?
