Not on the Saturday (although there are plenty of Saturdays and I had one last year), 9am Monday morning

So much for the walk up punter and I happen to be one who has followed this team for years. Somebody having a laugh, sold out when the ground holds 12k? May take listy up with his season ticket offer!

I tried to book tickets for the Celtic and Rhinos games using the online booking site. However it didn't work. After trying the site a number of times and failing, on Friday 22nd May I emailed Quins customer services to point out they may have a problem with the website. We've now returned from holiday and are astounded to see that the Celtic game is sold out and the website still won't allow me to purchase seats for the Rhinos game! And the response from customer services? There still isn't one - not even an acknowledgement.

Four full stands for a Super League game in London is something I would have liked to have witnessed, alas it is not to be!

I've just tried it and I got all the way to the confirm purchase page, using Firefox on a Mac trying to buy a pair for the North Stand GA and a pair for the Etihad Stand Area Block AD.

Just as we thought the club was getting somewhere, things seem to be going from bad to worse over the past few days.

Just tried again and it doesn't offer me a seat selection. Am using Firefox and haven't had any problems in the past using the online booking system, until attempting to purchase the Celtic and Rhinos tickets.

Either way it still doesn't excuse customer services ignoring my email. Although as Quins are the only realistic way I can get to watch live Super League and Mrs ER is now a Quins fan I guess I'll persevere!

Are we sure that the games sold out? Or is it a technical error, it has to be.. Quins wouldnt be sold out.

Seriously, I posted a half term report a couple of weeks ago praising all aspects of Harlequins Rugby League and pointing out that the future looked good.

Today, if I am honest, I believe we have taken a massive step backwards over the weekend with the "silence" over the fixture move, the loss of the motivation behind the Volunteers Group and the on-going ticketing issues.

Mmmm, I think they may be keeping an eye on certain RL forums at the moment. Shall we make it easier for them and all join the Quins RL message board....we could start a poll

I've got a better idea, why don't they spend less time watching forums and more time attending the training courses required to become half-way competent.
