I sincerely hope they have either emailed, called or written to these people.......given they have their details on record and as customers, they are permitted to be contacted. Alas, I doubt that they have.......so a pretty pointless exercise.

At the risk of being accused of being negative for the sake of it.........this doesn't appear to be a planned "joined up" marketing plan, just a series of ideas that in real terms will cost nothing and deliver even less.......it smacks of desperation.
Maybe the penny has dropped at the temple of St Dave that Superleague Rugby isn't going to drag all those vexed off fans back.......

Better than doing nothing. We need a strong marketing budget. We don't have one so this is better than nothing and even if we are dealing in just ideas this is a good one as is the invite to Brentford fans. I would rather this than nothing at.

CMD instead of knocking everything why don't you suggest some free or reasonably priced good ideas. With such a small back room staff the club needs all the help we can give

With the football season coming to a close maybe the club should have offered the deal to all football supporters based in the London area.

You are correct, we used to have 4 season tickets, now none since move to Trailfinders. However given a freebie may be tempted to the Wakey game but sadly (happy to be) up North.

There's a thread on here from back in 2009 where some bloke called gutterfax listed a joined up camlaign that would have cost no more than £20,000 (1% of dave's investment )...... Think it involved flowers at a railway station and not a round-a-bout......
Some crap fielder from zimbabwe even emailed the gutter fella and said he wanted to implement it.......

This sort of offer should have been made at the start of the season surely?
And with the stonking great win over Wakey many of the lapsed would be minded to return surely?
How many now will be enthused to watch a team propping up SL?

I guess you never know when we are going to get wins but surely by targeting the start of the season you have the opportunity for lapsed fans to come to more games and perhaps even pick up season tickets.
