The ground as it is is undeveloped but in much the same way that the Stoop was developed stand by stand gradually could Esher be a good base for us?

It is complete fantasy. I cannot get my head around how a record low attendance at a tiny, underdeveloped ground that isn't anywhere close to being ready to accommodate professional sport has led to some people suggesting that it could be an option for the future. Lunacy. |

Esher is a non-starter for Super League but I think I'd rather pitch up there than New River in the Championship.

chatting to a couple of locals in the know on thus night Esher wanted to develop the ground d the council stopped it The grass mound had a temporary stand on it at one point and even that could not stay so no to developing it

Barry Hearn has said that if West Ham move into the Olympic Stadium as sole tenants then he is going to sell Brisbane Road Stadium and relocate the team to Harlow or Romford.
Now if that does happen a 9k stadium can easily be converted into a 10k stadium and give you a permanent home.
