| After seven games without a win, do you think the salford game is a must win?
With them sitting twelfth in the table and us nine after twelve games we should win shouldn't we?

| I saw enough desire and attacking potency out wide to suggest a win is in the wings. We need to cut out the obvious - needless penalties in our own 20 on the 6th tackle / loss of concentration, like letting Rovers score on a 6th tackle / improved defence (I thought it was a lot better today and unfortunately we let another last minute 6 pointer in the give the score and unfair complexion) / hope Silverwood is not refereeing.

No single game is ever a "must win" at this stage of the season.
Obviously a win would be more welcome than usual after seven matches without one. We all want to finish as high in the table as we can, and it's a good opportunity to help make sure Salford are still below us come the end of the season.

| I agrre with POD its not a must win! its a needed win just for confidence sake, we have the ablilty for goodnes sake, we have beaten Sts and Leeds and drawn with Cas
I think the boys need to settle down play some sensible rugby, keep hold of the bloody ball and stop giving away free mtrs
We can score points! we have proven that, so lets get the defence sorted out

| The good news is Salford are playing Hudds tonight IIRC. They are low on confidence after their 60-0 home defeat. In other words they should be there for the taking. However, they have some good ball handlers and will punish us if we let them play. Oh, and they are without a coach at the mo too!

| 1 point from a possible 14 and we are still only 1 point off 8th. The only major player out is Purdham so I would say that there is no doom and gloom here, just real tangible possibilities for a good season.
The team is making silly errors, rather than just accepting defeat as they did on many occasions in 2010; we are competitive and this is a game that we can look to win with the tightening up of the little things and look to go into the game with a positive attitude. Salford beatable, but they will be thinking exactly the same as us. Two reasonably matched teams, should be a good game at the Stoop.

| We will beat Salford. If we don't then I think Gateshead could start fancying themselves. We aren't far from punishing a team, we need a much firmer defence though, it improved again Sunday but still now good enough IMO.
Plus its the first home game in about 4 years that I'm missing so we are bound to do well

| This game could be the highest ever draw in RL, lets face it both of us can't defend
Seriously we are dog poo, just scoot from dummy half and you'll score no need to pass!

Fancy a win myself Sogspurs here.In the same boat as you. Having not missed at home for the last couple of seasons Ive missed the last two due to a fixed week timeshare offer from a relation and now that Sky have moved the kick off
Im stuffed for the Salford game due to work.

| At this rate there will only be about 1000 attending the game and a good number of them could be away fans!

| This game is a cup final. If we don't win this, where will the next league win come from?
