| Ambler, Bailey, Bryan, Burnett, Calderwood, Clubb, Dorn, Ellis, Gale, Howell, Koupartisas, Melling, O'Callaghan, Pryce, Purdham, Randall, Temata, Ward, Wilkes.
Hudds squad:
Grix, Lawrence, Cudjoe, Gilmour, Hodgson, Brown, Brough, Crabtree, Griffin, O'Donnell, Fa'alogo, Faiumu, Lunt, Patrick, Horne, McGillvary, Molloy, Simpson, Ferguson.
Same as last week us then i feel, or do you think Calderwood/Pryce will come in on the wing and Melling to the bench for cover.....
Hudds look strong, but havent been playing to their best in the last couple of games anyone worried we could feel the backlase of this on Fri night and they come out firing on all cylinders as they have been a bit of a bogie team to us in the past.. also we on TV and we even seem to play good on TV

| Pryce & Calderwood should both be in the 17 for me.
I think people are hyping Hudds up to be better than they actually are!!!!

| Could be an even game. Without Luke Robinson Hudd tend to lack imagination in attack.

The thing Huddersfield have demonstrated over the past couple of seasons is consistency. There isn't much to choose between most squads in Superleague on paper, but Huddersfield seem to be a tighter unit and make fewer mistakes in the long run than most other teams of similar ability. By contrast Quins have often lost games through momentary lapses despite looking at least the equal of our opponents on the whole. The last home game was a case in point when I thought we generally looked much better than Crusaders and had most of the play, yet ultimately just one penalty goal (needlessly conceded by our opponents for a silly foul right on half time) separated the teams.
It's great that we've won three from three and are top of the table, but it's an ability to do the dull things efficiently every time that will be the first step to beating teams like Huddersfield and pushing on to the next level, which hopefully would be a top half finish.

| The worry I have is that their pack will bully us - They look much stronger up front than we do.

Well you're knowledgable aren't you.
Luke O'Donnell is a tough customer, very aggresive player - the kind we'd kill for in our pack. Griffin's a handful as well, so is Fa'alogo.
But no, you're right, I mean who are they? O'Donnell's only played for Australia and New South Wales.

| Their pack is bigger and more aggresive than ours...but I think ours is more mobile. If we can reach partity with them physically I think we can run round them with our pace. That is of course a massive IF.
Hudders back line tend to carve us open in the last 30 minutes of games previously...we need to stop their forwards getting on top and wearing us down...if we do that then our backs can handle and possibly out do theirs....these are all massive IF's
It really depends what attitude we turn up with...I'm hoping for atleast a competitive showing, as we're on Sky and are effectively marketing the brand to all those watching. People can handle following a team that loses...so long as we aren't smashed by 30 points or so.

| Where did Karl Pryce play when he came on against Leeds? Bigger than anyone else at the club by a country mile but will the big man get the go ahead on the wing at the Stoop?

I'd actually go as far as saying Crabtree is one of the weakest players in their pack.

| Pryce played right centre
What ive noticed with Hudds is they play a very compact defence, so moving the ball around away from the heart of the defence seems to work-I think it was Hull at the weekend who opened them up for a couple of tries by moving the ball 2 out.
I remember last year in the CC when Wire threw the ball wide from the KO which shocked Hudds and Wire went on to carve them up on the flanks, winning by a massive score.
Contain there go forward and we should be fine.

If so Quins should be concerned as Eorl was running over the top of some very good Hull forwards on sunday and he as off loading very effectively. not a bad weak link.

Didn't say he was a weak link, just rate their other forwards more.

So when you wrote that Eorl was 'one of the weakest players in their pack' you did not mean he was a weak link of the pack. Glad we have cleared that up. Cheers!
