Thoughts on our prospects in this game? They wiped the floor with us last time - I thought we looked clueless in attack for the first time this year.
They will be missing a few, either in France or (hopefully) suspended. But our forward pack is looking a bit thin as well.

In the first half of the game at the stoop, we looked to be in with a shout. IIRC, Orr didn't come out for the second half and Cook stared playing well. I wouldn't say the wiped the floor with us and I think if we can keep the East Hull Hoards quiet, I believe we can win this.

We were more than in with a shout. We led 12-8 at the interval and could easily have led by more I thought. I didn't notice Cooke in the first half, but he & Dobson ran the show in the second half after Orr had gone off. Maybe they'd have fought back to win anyway, but I doubt by twenty points.
It looks like a close game to call between two of the top five, which is one of the reasons it's been "Sky-jacked". |
