| You're joking. Absolutely unbelievable. My party is now making a completely pointless trip to Perpignan for no reason. With Ryanair so no chance of changing the tickets either.
Unbelievable.

I feel for those who have plans that will cost them a lot to change

Ryanair are charging £99 for the Sunday flight to London, but £59 for the Monday....or £0 for the Tuesday flights.
If you wish to transfer your flight to the Monday I believe they charge £20 a ticket.

I think SKY are just taking the pi55.....it is ridiculous how they select our game, in France when they know that travel plans will have been made when the fixtures were released. I believe the club should make some form of official complaint (not that it will do any good)

| Have SKY changed this game? They don't normally show the Catalan home games and I believe the rights to them belong to a French broadcaster.
Pathetic decision whoever made it though, It's obvious away supporters would have made their plans and booked in advance for a game like this.

| we are going from Southampton and it will cost £304.36 to change the tickets on top of £284 already paid for flights. Not to mention car hire, car parking at airport, tickets and hotel where a deposit was paid. It puts it out of our pocket. DIsgusted is not a word I would use that is far too polite

| How can this be justified given the travel plans to the south of france in the middle of summer? Is it because QRL are seen to only have a small away crew? Five in my party but thankfully we booked a weeks holiday rather than just a weekend which we have done in the past.
It is time to consider fans who are live than armchair viewers.

| It really is a monumentally stupid decision, most will have booked for the weekend to come back sunday, those that can add an extra day face the extra cost and either using a day of work or missing a days pay.
I'v been a few times and would say quins usually have about 300 fans out there plus kids etc.
This decision will have cost the supporters of Harlequins RL a great deal of money. Professional sport my .

| Our group were flying out from Stanstead on the Thursday returning Sunday lunchtime..........so thats flight tickets, hotel bookings, boarding of family pets etc all completely screwed.
Given that its peak season, I have no idea whether we are able to change any of it at this time and the cost involved..........and to be honest I am thinking why the bloody hell should I bother

Quote: "]Flight dates, times and routes are changeable (subject to seat availability). If booked online the change rate of £25/€25 per one way flight/per person applies or if booked at an airport or reservation centre the rate of £55/€55 per one way flight /per person applies. In addition, to these flight change fees, any price difference between the original total price paid and the lowest total price available at the time of the flight change is charged. Please note that if the total price on the new flight is lower, no refund will be made.
I have mailed the club and the rfl about this. There is no thought to fans. If they must show a sunday game why not two northern teams. I suspect the RFL and SKY fancy a jolly to Perpignan and would not dare upset the bigger teams so Quins get kicked in the guts again. We have taken it on the chin about the Hull game which was a loss of £20/£30 but £300 is disgusting.
Is there anyone who knows how to put something on all the SL forums asking them to contact the RFL and SKY, after all next time it might be their club changing Perpignan games and their fans loosing out. It has to be stopped before it is allowed to roll along as a matter of course. If it is just a matter of cut and paste I will write something and put on the websites. An email has already gone to the RFL and the club and it will be SKY after this. We must all write whether you are travelling or not. We as fans should not just roll over and take a kicking

"That wasn't a kick, the was a pass with his foot!" Brian Noble making Andrew Voss lose sleep: |
|
| Why did they need to move it to Sunday?
Couldn't they have kept it on saturday but changed ko time to 1900 (CET), so that it became the saturday evening 6pm kick off in the UK?
I am lucky in that I hadn't booked return transport yet, looks like its another days holiday though coming back on monday.

| What about the club. I would imagine that they have travel booked back for the Sunday and it will cost them a small fortune to change.
It is ridiculous and all should email the club, the RFL and Sky (if we can get an email address).
