It was players v players.....just nobody wanted to pay £5 to watch 3rd tier soccer players and 2nd (3rd) tier rugby league players do baattle.on a wet Thursday night........poorly thought out event, regardless of whose idea it was.....

Seriously.....you decide to move....the majority of what few fans you have left are bemused ...you plan a get together with the new landlord and for whatever reason, it gets binned ...this is the club that has been trying to cut its own throat with a butter knife for 15 years......imbeciles.

Fair enough if there is a good reason to cancel the event but there has been no communication as to why or any rearrangement as far as I can see. The quiz itself is probably somewhat irrelevant but there maybe some fans who want to get a feel for the new ground and travel times etc. before committing to a season ticket. |
