Welcome to our world! Whilst I have some sympathy with Salford fans who have bought tickets which cannot be altered. We have just got used to being let down over the years.

Do not bother complaining to the RFL Salford fans, they do not give a toss about you.

So this match for which the change has been blamed on our club, is I am told due to Sky wishing to show the Salford V Toulouse on Thursday, so they need to move our game back to give the teams the required time.

It now appears the RFL have apologized for blaming London Broncos for the change and admit it was down to them.

Be warned, the Halifax game may also be changed I am told.

Total rfl couldn't care less attitude and they wonder why the game does not grow. Family are season ticket holders and can't go cos we arranged other things. RFL do everything on expenses and stuff the fans they are secondary to rfl wishes. Wonder if they are going to refund family s with tickets for this. What's that I see oh itsflying pigs

How many times has this happened to our fans. Many many many times!
The worst of all was the Catalan trip when the game was changed from Saturday to Sunday at short notice. Numerous of our supporters were flying home just as the game kicked off. No sympathy from the RFL at the time.
Last year when we played Widnes. I had bought train tickets for the scheduled Sunday game only for it to be televised and moved to Saturday. I ended up giving my train tickets to my postman who comes from that area and buying new ones for the Saturday. Over two hundred pounds wasted. Not a thought for us fans.

We were affected by most of those the Cats alone cost the family almost £ 2k for a game we didn't see

And to rub salt in the wound the Fax game is now @ 19:05 on the Saturday 29 Sept. That one is live on Sky.

Not sure why this game date change is such a surprise! Told you 1 Sep that it was likely to change in another thread!

It’s the nature of the 8s! Sky don’t know what games they want to televise, it is a pain but we know it’s likely.
And I did give the hint it was going to happen 2 weeks ago

I can't imagine too many away fans organised their travel on the basis of that.
