| Just seen its £20. Many away fans probably won't bother/can't buy tickets from the KC. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

Yes, and like I said, some people can't get to those respective ticket offices, and are penalised because of a glorified Union friendly.

Point of order.....it is a S15 competition game that will also raise funds for those poor sods in Christchurch who are still living in and with the devastation of their second earthquake in 6 months.......it has been moved there because the AMI stadium in Christchurch looks worse than Knowsley Road used to and will attract more fans to it than we got ALL last season and generate much needed funds to help start the rebuilding process (once ALL the bodies have been recovered).
Think before you post
To the OP. I would suggest that if you try to get to a station on the Twickenham line, maybe Staines or Ashford middlesex, park there for free and take the train (about 10 minutes at most) to Twickenham you should be fine. HTH

There is a pretty fair point here, how much of the car parking income is going to go to the charity!!!
the fact its a late notice game on the same day we have a game is a bit of a pain, its nothing to do with having a go at the charity effort and all those that are suffering
skoot in answer to the question, you need a quins ticket to get cheap parkign in the Rosebine, way to do it might be get to ticket office leaving someone in yr car parked on the street to move it if you have to then go down to Rosebine and park for a fiver
Other option is park a bit further out and get the train to twickenham

| I would hope that the car parking money would be contributed but I doubt it......but the RFU have first dibs on the carparks...they are a tad bigger than Quins RL in the greater scheme of things. Yes it's a pain, but it's hardly Perpingan all over again is it.....as you and I have said...park down the line and hop on a train.

16679.jpg Well f**k my hat, I didn't know that!
Come all without, come all within, we're London Broncos not the H********s!:16679.jpg |

| Last season when we had a game that clashed with a Union fixture or Jehovah's Witness convention I ended up parking at Twickenham station for about £6 or 7. A bit of a pain but not too much more than parking in the college (my usual option). Word of warning though - bring plenty of change as the pay over the phone system is very long winded!

| Does the £5 deal apply to season ticket holders as well? The blurb on the website is a bit ambiguous, or I am a bit dense, as it suggests that you need a match ticket for this...which is not necessarily the same as a season ticket.

Think before you post
I'm perfectly aware of it being a Super 15 match for charity. Still a glorified friendly.
