Hope not been playing well this season after a bad end to last year.

I suspect he will go to where the money is? Its great to play for your local club but is a short career.

The rumour mill has been hinting about this for a while...I reckon he will go.....

Not at all. Would you turn down a promotion at work or a pay rise when you have bills to pay. Be realistic RL is a fantastic game to us but it is a way players make a living. As long as they give their best to us while they take their wages and don't bad mouth the fans when they move on then I don't have a problem.

Wigan maybe but i can't see him as a player Saints would want.

We are all waiting for those really promising local players who are in the under 16s and U20s to break through into the 1st team in due course and take us to the top.

Seems to me that if we are not at the top already when they break through we are not going to be able to hold onto them so we will never break this cycle of the bigger/succesful clubs enticing these players we have developed away.

If he goes, it will be a shame. Understandable that he would want to earn more and let's be honest, have a better chance of a regular England place and the chance to win something.
As I said, real shame if he goes, but I suspect he won't be the last Londoner to head north....

Has he ever reached his potential accepting props flourish in there late 20's. It still makes me wonder if he would be better as a second rower. He's extremely fast and would get more space out there. He isnt an aggressive prop thats for sure ie enforcer

Would think that it has to be the ultimate outcome of any concept we have that the sport is getting more accepted and played down here that any home grown talent is given the opportunities to play for other clubs and be sought after.
