They were playing the Crusaders who probably brought around 12 and were rewarded by an amazing attendance.
Why can't Harlequins RL do the same?
Because they are too busy competing with all the London soccer clubs on a saturday afternoon, putting all the fans into one stand, providing the most boring rugby in super league in front of ever more embarrassing crowds.
I will say it again, unless things drastically change the club will not get a super league licence next time around.

Yesterday Chelsea were at home, today Spurs. Are you suggesting to ensure we dont compete with London Football teams we play before work on a Mon.
Last week there were Carling Cup games Mon-Wed, this week the European Cup commences which is usually Tue/Wed.

Sunday at 3pm. Match tickets at £8 - proper entertainment like Diversity etc , proper food like hog roasts etc and an exciting team would help. |

WTF 
No disrespect to the good people of Wakefield, but I would hazzard a guess that the viewing figures for BGT in Twickenham and Richmond are a fraction of those in Wakefield. Proper entertainment  I pay to watch Rugby League.
Diversity are heroes to the "chav" society......do you recommend that we fill the stoop with Chavs? |

You may be right on some points, but you're wrong about us losing our licence. Nice stadium, geographically good, good junior production line. We're ahead of Celtic, Salford and Wakey without pulling a crowd or winning a game. |
