Seems like they work really hard every first half but mistakes mean we don’t post enough points and 2nd Hal we get worn down. Looks like the score is blowing out a bit which is sad. What can we do. Barely have 17 players.

We're not that far off are we?  Though maybe 4/5 players which is far I suppose.

Yup our squad is too thin. There are t too many mugs in this league. If we have funds we need several in ASAP. Poscelli has been very good Wothington has as well but forwards take a battering and he could do with a rest. Davies has done well and Tindall is what we’ve been crying out for for several seasons but is largely been wasted and the L1 players have not let themselves down but it’s not easy to step up. 

Really good that this season full matches are uploaded to You Tube. Watching the first half of the Dons game we are definitely in the arm wrestle and we’re in a few decent positions but either made errors. Play the ball error on the 5 yard line by one of our forwards or very ill advised kick through by Binks early in sets. Body language does suggest confidence a little low. They need to stick together. Some of the squad players need to find the level and more experienced players need to keep working. 

From what I could see we were completely in it at the hour mark. We didn’t have quite enough flair to get over the line and of the 5 grubbed kicks through that we made 4 were woeful so that an area to improve on or rethink. 

I've only watched the tries which were down the middle late on. Was this us running out of gas or just how the highlights made it look?


I def noticed Binks' kicking game in the games I attended but I guess how else does he learn. Would've been good to have sent him to Cornwall for a bit. 

Just not sure. Our bench is definitely not as strong as other teams. Not quite sure who is at fault. Binks is a young kid who was supposed to be nowhere near the team. As you say how else can he learn he does do quite a lot of good things but his kicking needs to be more considered.
