Having got a win the club seem to have gone on a media offensive which is good but should give an explanation as to why they voted for the IMG proposals and be specific about why the ranking is so different to what they would have expected. Catchment is primarily highlighted but even the max score there would only give us an extra half point. Surely the debate should have been had in advance of the vote given the grading system was published. I had calculated our score as 8.2 based on published info so the draft grading of 8.07 was absolutely no surprise. Did Hughes just not think it through ?'"

You are right the time to put his case was before because we were always going to be up against it. In the end, as we all know, he said nothing until months later when all the hullabaloo had pretty much died down.
I'm warming to your idea of Cake running the club, with Lobster just being the bookkeeper.
