| It's not a case of not being aware of the rules It's a case of the players adapting to the rules on the day. First proper hit out actually not surprised, just hope there is improvement next week. Asking the question at half time how to improve. The teams at all levels that adapt and start playing correctly will be successful this season.
How many times do you see players still with a knee on ground plant the ball to play it quick? We were particularly bad last year with players playing the ball and then falling forward, 2 or 3 times In same game, then they complained! Rule is pretty clear

| It's going to be same next year, when tackle height law changes, for a few players it's going to be painful and hard work. Community game is going to be hard for everyone this year I think.
Teams and players that make the effort to adapt will benefit, its going to be hard for some.
Cas, had advantage yesterday they had already been exposed to the clamp down, just hope london adapt and less infringements next two weeks before real work starts.
