Quote: BigTime "..The fan zone was decent but not heaving, one consequence was only 2 choices of food the £10 pizza or the £10 burger. As the latter appeared to have the kids frying up and burning things I went for the former. Not sure it’s really match day food especially with limited seating but it was fine. The failure to provide any napkins was in my opinion poor.

They had napkins (and wooden forks) at the Burger stall ! The Burger guys originally ran a Vegan stall (last year) but included Burgers this season. I'm not a big Burger/Chips fan but it is good quality. £10 is too much for any food from a stall, but second time I've had it this season and I was happy with what I ate. They had three options today, Burger, Hot Dog or Meatless Burger.
Both the Burger/Vegan stall and Pizza van are at AFC Wimbledon matches. Personally I prefer MyPie, Jerk Chicken, Ding Dong (Chinese) and Doner Kebab (occasional football vendor) over both today's options.
I don't think the Broncos did themselves any favours with MyPie (first Bradford home maybe?) leaving them isolated with the Away Fans in the South Stand. £9 for pie, mash and peas raises eyebrows but at least is understood as pricing in London. Not surprised our visitors from up North with no knowledge of the quality of the food, are not going to pay London prices, especially if nobody local is buying and they don't overhear positive comments. In the same way I was going no where near the food at Arsenal (when AFC Wimbledon played there) with their excessive "London Premiership Prices" - possibly £24 for some combo meal.
