Given we've got a student with a smart phone running social media, I can only assume the fact he's an avid Ipswich town fan points to him knowing not the first thing about rugby league, our players or fax players for that matter.
Social media body should be at every game.......most training sessions......talking to Hughes, lobster, monkey, mustard......it's going to be a long season

I may go out tomorrow if I can borrow a coat to wear .

For all his faults… at least the previous guy kept us upto date each game both home and away.

I've just looked at the Twitter feed


Basically, someone from the club was there and tweeted a picture of our half dozen fans



and then proceeded to simply retweet the feed from Halifax.
To call it Amateur is an insult to amateurs

Let’s just put this down to a technical snafu. Going forward here’s what would be useful - before the match announce the team. That’s BEFORE the match. Also, and bearing in mind our next away game is Rovers, can I suggest we don’t pick up the home teams celebratory try posts - we can note them in a more matter of fact way and major on when we score. I assume the days when he had a little gif when a player scored a la Battye eating a sandwich in 3 seconds are long gone.

It's farcical that the club spend more time banning peoe from Twitter & Facebook as well as removing emails from their database than they do posting valid content.
As for retweeting fax celebratory posts
....it shows no regard for the members who they are begging to bring mates.
......And don't put this down to technical faults. A smart phone is all you need for twitter and we have a new guy whose only job is social media......idiots, the lot of them

Not that I can see the Broncos feed, but amateur sports clubs I follow seem to take twitter score updates in their stride.

The 1 positive i can see from this game is that we played in proper Broncos colours. Not much consolation though.

For what it's worth I thought your lads put up a good show. Defence wise they were sound until Fax got on top in the 2nd half and then tiredness, along with the horrendous weather, took it's toll. Attack wise though they never really troubled the Fax line. Well done to the Dozen or so Broncos who made the trip.
