Quote: jbuzza "Forward thinking clubs like Brentford are realising that changing the shirt every year (for purely commerical reasons) is not good from the perspective of a sustainable environment. Also when clubs do change their main kit it is usually a minor styling change so fans can still wear an older shirt and be in a recognisable kit.
Changing your colours is likely to annoy at least some of your fans. Look at what happened when Cadiff City FC switched from their traditional blue to red in in a change 'designed to help the Championship club expand its appeal'.'"
Bottom line is it doesn’t really look like a Broncos shirt-badge issue aside. But they’ve done it and done it for reasons that have some merit. Now (working on the basis that the 2nd shirt will be red) if the 3rd shirt is AFCs away shirt then I’m out of excuses. As an aside I would have thought the black kit would work as an away kit as one of its USPs is its different as opposed to the blue/yellow.
BTW will the website be rebranded blue and yellow. Not sure it will..or should be.
