What do other clubs in the top reaches of the Championship know about funding/business that allows them to go ahead and sign players and offload very few against LB approach ?

As for York gambling on getting bums on seats, is that not the same for any club? Difference with York is they now have an ideal stadium with excellent training facilities. Big test for them would be if they had to go full time
