Sorry to repeat myself, basic mistakes caused us the problems. First carry in our own 10/20m, Mason drops the ball and a minute later, HKR scored. On the plus side, we again showed a defensive resilience, especially as HKR started to play some random off the cuff footie and really stretched us. BUT if we are taking this league seriously we shouldn't be making this kind of error. In attack we looked really good, and I would have expected better from ex NRL player Yates, who spilled the ball twice with the line calling him.

Second half, Lovell was on. His positional understanding is lacking, as, seemingly are his basic skills. He dropped the ball and the next set HKR scored. I know he is an academy product, but he simply is not good enough.
