Lovell was injured during his trial was he not? They then appeared to keep him on as backroom staff doing community work during his recovery. I did then see a video shared on Twitter a couple of months ago of his return to running with a big group of the staff watching him. He would be a good young utility player to have around the place. When fit, I would have him in the squad over Purtell or Offerdahl any day of the week. I know he is a Second Rower, but he could easily fit in at Centre or even as a Prop if needed.
